Switching from BigChange

BigChange documents CSV and XLSX exports of job lists, and a person list export, in its help centre. It doesn't publish a public guide to exporting customers, sites or assets, so ask your account manager for CSV exports before your contract ends. Our importer (Settings → Import) accepts generic CSV files of customers, sites and assets, lets you map each column to our fields and shows you what will be created before anything is saved. Or send us the files and we'll do the import free. If you're mid-contract, tell us your end date and we'll extend the switching trial to meet it (up to 90 days).

Our importer recognises the column names most job systems use, and you map anything else by hand in a couple of clicks. Or book a call and we'll do the import for you.

We rely on BigChange vehicle tracking. Can we still switch?+

Only if you keep a separate tracker. We don't offer GPS or vehicle tracking, and we'd rather tell you that up front.

Is The Job Planner big enough for us?+

We're built for firms of 1 to about 25 engineers. If you run a large fleet across many facilities contracts, BigChange is designed for that scale and we're not.

Can our customers still book and see job reports online?+

Yes. Every plan includes a customer portal, at no extra cost.
