Straight answers
What counts as a billable seat? A user marked as a field engineer. Owners, office staff, schedulers and bookkeepers are free, however many you have.
Is the AI limited? Each plan includes a generous monthly allowance of AI actions (an intake, a quote draft, a brief, a report, a scan or an optimise each count as one). Normal use never touches it; if you're unusually heavy we'll raise it.
Contract? None. Cancel from the billing portal whenever you like and export everything.
VAT? Prices exclude VAT.
