Your data, your terms
Where it lives
Your company's data is stored in a Postgres database hosted by Neon in the EU, behind an application hosted on Vercel. Photos, signatures and logos are stored in the same database, so there's one place to back up and one place to delete.
Who can see it
Only users you've invited to your company. We segregate every record by company and every query is scoped to it — there is no way for another company to read yours. Platform administrators can see account status and usage counts, not your job data.
AI
When you use an AI feature we send the relevant job, site or asset details to Anthropic to generate the draft. Anthropic does not train on this data. AI output is always a draft you can edit.
Payments
Card details never touch our servers — Stripe handles them. We store the Stripe customer and subscription references only.
Leaving
Settings → Export everything gives you a JSON archive plus CSVs. Delete your company from Settings and everything is removed immediately; database backups age out within 30 days.
Emails and texts
Transactional messages (quotes, invoices, reminders, certificates) go via Resend and Twilio. We log what was sent, to whom and when, so you have a record.
