Four steps, most of them ours

Export from Joblogic
In Joblogic open All Customers, All Sites and All Assets in turn. Use the settings cog to show every column you want to keep (for assets: Asset Class, Serial Number and any service or due dates), then press Export. You'll have three CSV files.

Start your switching trial
60 days free, no card. Tell us when your Joblogic contract ends and we'll stretch the trial to meet it (up to 90 days), so you never pay for both.

Import — or let us
Drop the files into Settings → Import. It recognises Joblogic's column names, reads UK dates properly, shows you exactly what will be created before anything is saved, and never duplicates a customer you already added. Or upload them on the same page and we'll do it within 2 working days.

Carry on working
Assets arrive with their service and inspection due dates, so the Assets → Due soon list and renewal reminders work from day one. Invite your engineers; they install the field app from the browser.
Before you move
- Will my certificate history come across?
- The dates that drive renewals do — each asset's last service and next due date. Past certificates and job sheets themselves stay as PDFs: download them from Joblogic before you leave (it has a bulk jobsheet downloader) and keep them with your records.
- What about jobs, quotes and invoices?
- Open work is usually quickest to re-create as you go. Your invoice history belongs in your accounts package, which Joblogic already exports to.
- We're mid-contract. Is it worth starting now?
- Yes — set up and import now, run a few jobs side by side, and move over properly at renewal. Give us your end date and the trial covers up to 90 days of it.
- Is my data safe?
- It's stored in the EU, kept separate from every other company, and you can export all of it or delete your account yourself at any time. See Your data.
