Switching from Commusoft

Commusoft doesn't publish a public guide to exporting customers, properties or appliances, so ask your account manager for CSV exports of each before your renewal date. Our importer (Settings → Import) accepts generic CSV files of customers, sites and assets, lets you map each column to our fields and shows you what will be created before anything is saved. Or send us the files and we'll do the import free. Download issued CP12s and job sheets as PDFs before your access ends. If you're mid-contract, tell us your end date and we'll extend the switching trial to meet it (up to 90 days).

Our importer recognises the column names most job systems use, and you map anything else by hand in a couple of clicks. Or book a call and we'll do the import for you.

Frequently asked questions

We're tied into a Commusoft contract. Is it worth starting now?+

Yes. Set up and import now, run some jobs side by side, and move over properly at renewal. Give us your end date and the trial can run up to 90 days.

Will we lose vehicle tracking?+

Yes. We don't offer GPS or vehicle tracking. If you rely on Commusoft Fleet+, keep a separate tracker or stay with Commusoft for now.

What about our appliance history?+

Import appliances as assets with their last service and next due dates, and renewals and reminders carry on. Past certificates stay as PDFs you've downloaded.
