Frequently asked questions

What do I pay?+

The normal annual price: 10 months for 12, so 2 months free. For a solo engineer that's £450 a year; for 4 engineers it's £1,200. Office seats stay free. Prices exclude VAT.

What exactly is locked?+

The per-engineer rate you pay when you join. Adding engineers later is charged at that same locked rate. The lock lasts 3 years from your founding date, provided you renew annually.

Can I try it first?+

Yes. Start the free trial, and claim a founding place from Billing whenever you're ready, while places last.

What if I cancel?+

You keep access until the end of the year you've paid for and can export everything. There's no refund for the unused part of an annual plan, which is why we suggest trying it first.
